At Tummix, we value your trust and strive to offer quality home-style meals with reliable delivery. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellation and refund of our services, including daily tiffin plans and cloud kitchen food orders.
1. Order Cancellations
a) Tiffin Subscription Plans
- Daily Plans: Can be cancelled before 1 day of delivery time for a refund or meal rescheduling.
- Weekly/Monthly Plans: You may pause or cancel your subscription by giving minimum 1 day notice.
- Skipped meals will not be refunded unless timely notice is given.
- You must inform us via call/WhatsApp/email about cancellation requests.
b) Cloud Kitchen Orders (On-demand Food)
- Once an order is confirmed and food preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed.
- Orders cancelled within 5 minutes of placing (and before preparation starts) may be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
a) Eligible Refunds
Refunds will only be provided in cases where:
- A prepaid order is not delivered
- A tiffin is missed due to our error
- A duplicate payment has been made
b) Non-Refundable Situations
- Late cancellation or no intimation for skipped meals
- Partial consumption or dissatisfaction due to taste preference
- Orders cancelled after food has been prepared/dispatched
c) Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

4. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with how your refund request was handled, you can escalate the issue to our support team by emailing us directly with the subject line “Refund Dispute – [Order ID]”.
