By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the service for lawful purposes only

2. Ordering and Delivery

  • Orders can be placed via our website, mobile app (if available), or third-party platforms like Swiggy/Zomato.
  • Delivery is subject to availability in your area.
  • Timings for Tiffin Services may vary by plan and location.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.

3. Subscription Plans (For Tiffin Service)

  • Tiffin plans can be daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Subscriptions must be paid in advance.
  • Holidays or personal skips must be informed at least 1 day in advance for adjustments (if applicable).
  • No refunds will be made for missed deliveries unless due to our fault.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made through accepted modes (UPI, Card, Wallets, Net Banking, etc.).
  • Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Invoices will be sent via email or available on request.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • On-demand food orders cannot be cancelled once prepared or dispatched.
  • For tiffin plans, cancellation or pause requests should be made at least 1 day in advance.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Food Quality & Allergies

  • We maintain hygiene and follow FSSAI guidelines.
  • However, it is the user’s responsibility to inform us about any food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
  • We are not liable for any allergic or adverse reactions caused by our meals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, menus, photos, and text — is the property of Tummix and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Delays in delivery due to force majeure (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.)
  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen issues
  • Losses arising from misuse of our service or incorrect information provided by you

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access or cancel your subscription at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or misuse of services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance.
